Associating a CO to the incidents table (11 Comments)

Hi All

I'm fairly new to CO's and we have created one that stores 5 columns and I want to associate this CO to the incidents table so we can show the CO fields on the incident workspace on a custom tab 

Ive created the CO with no issues but now am stuck as unsure of how to relate it to what table, I made the incidents table parent of it but the fields are not available in the workspace editor. 

Any ideas~?
