According to Oracle support, since Feb 2016 release, oracle is enabling customer to regenerate/change entity ID (identifier) for SSO SAML request in case some of the IdP does not like certain special characters. I wonder if anyone know exactly how we can do that? I've tried to search that in documentation/user guide without any luck. Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks.
