Memory/RAM Usage (16 Comments)

We have been experiencing some RAM issues with our November 2014 release. We recently upgraded. When we create/open incidents, the RightNow.CX.exe process RAM usages increase slightly which is normal. However, closing out of all tabs does not release the RAM previously used. The memory usage accumulates the more we create new incidents. At about 1.2 GB, we start getting "out of memory" messages, incident tabs no longer load completely, more random errors, etc. We then end up killing the RightNow.CX.exe process from the Task Manager and then log in again.

Another problem is that the console uses up too much RAM too fast and this leads to frequent restarts (or sometimes rebooting PCs).

Does this happen to anyone? We're still trying to figure out the root cause.

All of our agents use Windows 7 SP1 with 8GB RAM and .NET Framework 4.5.1 or 4.5.2.
