Configuring Outlook Appointment to point to a particular calendar

Hi

I am wondering if it's possible to configure the Outlook Appointment button, so that when you click to create an appointment, you can set which calendar opens up. I want to link the Appointment to a shared calendar which several staff access. At the moment, when each person adds an Appointment it adds it to their personal calendar. I want all staff to create the Appointments in one shared calendar, and was hoping there was a way to configure which calendar an Appointment was added to. Anyone tried this? Or know if it's possible? Or not possible?

I'm also looking at the Outlook calendar side of things to see if a staff member's default calendar can change from their personal one to the shared one. But that doesn't seem easily possible...
