chat workspace - Incident Issue

Hi,

 

I copied the standard reprot 'Incident by contact' and used in chat --> incidents, when i inititate a chat and goto incidents tab and click on New button i get an error [refer attached image]. If i goto the copied report, remove the filter and initiate a chat I am able to create a new incident when I click on new button, but the report shows all the incidents as there is no filter. can some one let me know the workaround to over come the issue.
