problem with chat workspace (2 Comments)

 Hi, For the chat workspace, from Options, I have choosen "create/associate related incident at the end of a chat" with an option to "prompt agent " [refer workspace in attached doc]. Once i initiate a chat request and when the agent/customer disconnects the chat session a pop up comes up. In this popup I want to change the title "Recent Incidents" and "New Incident" button name [Refer incidnet search in attached doc] when i click on New Incident button, a new incident is created but not visible in the user interface and queue is not being populated for that incident. [this incident serach popup box is similar to popup box that gets when we click on "Add to Incident" from ribbon, so when i click on new incident button from here a new incident is created and shown in the user interface whith queue being populated defautley]. so how can i over come this issue?
