Hi,
My agents can not the edit the Contact and Organization records.
In their profiles, under Permissions-Contacts tab - Add contacts is checked. Also for Service, Add, Edit and Move options are checked.
Still when the agents open using Contact Search and Organization Search, the records are shown but Open, Edit options are not active or deselected.
There is no way for the agents to open or edit the records.
Anything wrong in the way it has been setup?
Any help is appreciated.
