Single queue for Call, Email and Chat (1 Comment)

Hi,

Is it possible to have a single unique queue for three different channels - for example phone call , email and Chat and routing should go through single queue, enabling us to add intelligent skill based routing and interaction type blending? Kindly share some details on this.
