Hi , 

I have deployed the media bar add-in  in agent desktop. We are facing below issues. 

Media bar(Oracle.RightNow.Cti.MediaBar) not sitting properly and while login time itself we  are getting error(Please refer the attachment)Thanks. 

Note : Code was developed by Oracle 

Please do the needful.
