Database storage limit if record retention increased (2 Comments)

Hi All,

We are planning to increase the below settings (along with their current setting ) . Is there a risk that we might go over our storage allocation if we change the chat config settings?

CHATS_PURGE_DAYS - 180 at the moment - set this to 365
CHAT_STATS_DAY_PURGE_DAYS - 180 at the moment - set this to 365
CHAT_AGENT_SESSIONS_PURGE_DAYS - 180 at the moment - set this to 365

CHAT_AGENT_EVENTS_PURGE_DAYS - 90 at the moment - max 180
CHAT_EVENTS_PURGE_DAYS - 90 at the moment - max 180
