Hi Team,
I wounder why the inline edit is not available in report when it is used in a work space. I would like to know whether that feature isn't yet available in Agent Desktop. I could see it is enable in Agent BUI.
I saw an old post in idea lab regarding it , http://communities.rightnow.com/posts/370046d81d . But I couldn't find any further updates on that. Kindly share your thoughts.
