In the legacy console our Agent desktop communicated with our telephony system through a CTI Pop that triggered a workspace to automaticallyy open depending on passed information. When we switched over to the Enhanced Console, the CTI pop continued to work, but the workspace does not load. It "seems" to open but a white page loads (see screenshot). With some coding, an error populates that seems to describe the problem: 'This type of CollectionView does not support changes to its SourceCollection from a thread different from the Dispatcher Thread' See screenshot. Has anyone experienced something similar and have a workaround? Any help much appreciated!
