Stop And Restart Incident Ageing and SLA Calculation. (1 Comment)

Hi,

I have a requirement to Stop ageing and SLA calculation for an incident for a period and later resume both.

End date is entered by the agent and is specific to incident. Also SLAs should not be considered while the incident ageing is stopped.

Once the end date is reached, ageing should resume, status should change and SLA's should be considered.

Kindly Suggest.
