We're in the process of updating our workspaces in order to support Enhanced Service Console, but during testing I see tab sets displayed as sections instead of actual tabs. I can't seem to find any information regarding this to determine if it's related to a configuration parameter or if this is how tab sets are displayed in the Enhanced Service Console.
The attached image shows the expected display of a tab on the right in the workspace designer, while on the right is a preview demonstrating how the tab actually appears.
