Hi Gurus,
Our client working in shifts, like some people handling email one week, some people handling phone calls one week. By end of this week supervisor will decide who is going to work on what. So they want to send a notification to the agents.
Since Account object is not available in Rules, process designer, how can we achieve this? Any idea?
