Hi All.

I want to realize screen pop functionality.When a customer(contact) gives a call to the agent, then RNT pop up a screen which can show an editor or a report about this customer(contact).

But I run into a problem.I don't know how to generate 

screen pop.I don't know how to configure to submit an HTTP GET in the proper format.What is HTTP GET?Is it a function

or a method which RNT support?
