Add attachment to incident using .net code (4 Comments)

I am trying to add attachment using the details in the document to an incident 
I am getting an error : 

Error    3    Cannot implicitly convert type 'filename.ServiceReference.FileAttachmentCommon[]' to 'filename.ServiceReference.FileAttachmentIncident[]'. An explicit conversion exists (are you missing a cast?)   

Can anybody tell me what am i missing.
