Using RN with CISCO? (18 Comments)

Hi

We are looking at moving to using Cisco for our call centre and would be interested in any feedback on integrating RightNow with Cisco System’s ICM platform for CTI and Voice. 


We have seen webpages referring to its use by Belgacom Skynet’s 300-seat call center.

 

Apart from one Answer about Cisco, I cannot find any other references on the RN support sites.
