Console will not launch without pausing antivirus (2 Comments)

Hello All

I use many different version of the Agent Console. I am unable to log in to May 2016 without first pausing my Kaspersky antivirus protection.

Wondering if anyone has seen this issue and/or knows what to tweak in Kaspersky...

Some notes:

If protection is not paused the 'Loading console' message in the launch eventually gives way to the standard OSvC error dialog with the Submit/Close options. FWIW, the launcher log seems to be error free. One other item of interest: after I clear out the error dialog the console icon is in the system tray. Trying to launch new console from there has no effect. Choosing 'quit' results in the error message: "Cache must be initialized before it can be used."
