Hi All,
Want to integrate incoming voice call on phone with RightNow.
Routing calls contextually to a specific inbound phone number based on a variety of parameters such as the caller’s Web page or geographic location, data from the Web session (e.g. shopping cart value), or time of day.
I suppose, I have to use Media bar.
Want to know about how media bar is integrated and whether I can do the above functionality in Oracle Cloud RightNow?
Approach:
1) Use Media bar ( need to know it's integration in RightNow and phone line)
2) Store the user info(web session, cart value and page when Call button is clicked on ATG end) and retrieve it using web service when contact form is loaded. Adding extra field to contact. But how I will invoke web service on the load of contact form.
Any input is welcome.
