Hi All,
Want to integrate incoming voice call on phone with RightNow.
Routing calls contextually to a specific inbound phone number based on a variety of parameters such as the caller’s Web page or geographic location, data from the Web session (e.g. shopping cart value), or time of day.
I suppose, I have to use Media bar.
Want to know about how media bar is integrated and whether I can do the above functionality in Oracle Cloud RightNow?
