Hi All,
I applied a masking in the phone number field on the contact workspace based on the number of digits per country. This is currently working as expected.
I want to change the number of digits in the masking for some countries. However, when i did this test scenario, the already existing contact phone numbers were affected. For example if I had a contact whose address was India and which had a 12 digit phone number, changing the masking to 11 digits would automatically subtract one digit in the existing phone number.
Does anyone have an idea about whether it is possible to work around this?
