I hope I added this to the correct forum.
I've created a guide to be used within the Chat workspace and we would like to limit the guides that are visible from that workspace control to a certain set of guides. We have internal and external guides and we would like to prevent an agent from inadvertently sending an internal guide to a customer.
I created a copy of the Guided Assistance Search report to customize the search filters. For each filter I unchecked the "Make this filter selectable at run time" box.
Also, under Options (in the ribbon) I checked the "Open report without prompting for search parameters" option.
In the workspace control I pointed to the new custom search report. However, when you hit "Search for a Guide" in the control you can still see the filters. Any ideas on how to remove those?
It still only allows the agents to see the guides we want them to use, but not sure why the filters are still there and why it still forces them to search. I wish it would just bring back the list of guides they have access to without having to search. I would have used the "Select a Guide" button, but I couldn't figure out a way to limit the results there.
