Controlling Guided Assistance flow in Agent Desktop

Hi, 

I've got a couple more Guided Assistance questions I could use some help with: 

1. I'm using images as buttons for our agents to click through on GA via the console. When I preview the Guide, the buttons are all in a neat two rows. However when I open it in the console, they are spread out across the screen in five rows. Is there any way to format the display of the buttons so they show in two rows?

2. In order to allow our agents to "start over" I've linked the Guide to itself. However it doesn't blank the tab on the console and actually start over, it just opens the first section again while keeping the previous history visible. Is there any way to tell the Guide to start completely over so that the previous selections are not visible?
