Hello,
Is there a way to have remote offices read and edit issues without having to install the Oracle RightNow client on their desktop? The case is that we have a centralized organisation which all sits in the same office and work with RightNow. Now they are starting to have field agents which need to look up issues and perhaps even edit them.
Is there a way for these agents to change and edit issues without having to work in the RightNow application? Are there any light version for this kind of tasks?
