I've got a custom object that generates a menu. This is NOT a menu custom object. Instead it's a full table, and the "generates menu" option is checked. When selecting a this custom object on the linked record, you now get a drop down list of existing rows in this custom object.
This all works great, but there's one problem. I need to set a "Status" on these rows that this menu will abide by. So if the status is "Active" or "open" then it would appear in the list. If it were "inactive" then it would not. I'm open to setting the status field to "yes/no" or whatever... but I just can't figure out how to get the menu to filter anything.
