workflow for auto assignment of tasks to the complaint manager. (5 Comments)

Hi Geeks,

We have created a workflow for which the task has to be automatically created once after the incident is closed by the ComplaintMgr_company. But unfortunately the mapped task (mapped a survey) isn't assigned to the ComplaintMgr_company. Kindly have a look at the screenshots for the whole process. Would be grateful if you could kindly do the needful in this regard.
