Same staff handling more than one profile? (3 Comments)

Hi All,

We have a requirement like one staff handling more than two branches.

For eg. 

Routing process
----------------------------------

Department(S)---->Branch(Chennai):

Muthu(Staff1), Priya(Staff2)

Department(S)--->Branch(Madurai)--->

Rahul(Staff3), Priya(Staff2)

We have created a Chennai as one profile and Madurai as one profile.But the problem is the same staff(Priya) is handling both the branches.

If we associate a queue to any one of the profile,chennai branch incidents also handled by Madurai agents also.

Is it possible to restrict the queue in anyway?

Please guide me on this issue.whether we can achieve by any other functionality.
