Iam reading about offer advisor capability and have questions around same. To offer suggestions, OA requires customer purchase history data to be integrated into Oracle RightNow cloud service application. Has anyone implemented this before?
The online document says to reach out to Oracle account manager for integrating purchase history data which we'll eventually do but I would appreciate inputs from real time implementation folks as I need to understand the best practices around it
There is no additional information in support FAQ section on this
