Upgraded to Feb 13 and it's slow (5 Comments)

We recently upgraded to Feb 13 release. After the cutover, we noticed that the agent console is sluggish when opening navigation menu items, objects (incidents, contacts, etc.) and reports. For instance, when I open the Customizable Menus the console would stall and become unresponsive for at least 30 seconds before it loads completely. Opening it the next several times seems quicker. The same thing goes with creating new incidents. But the lag in executing workspace rules is consistent (about 5-second delay). The workspace rules used to execute almost immediately in the previous release which is August 11.

Our general workstation specs are below.

  • Windows 7 Professional 64-bit with Service Pack 1
  • 3.10 GHz CPU
  • 4GB RAM
  • .NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5
