Hi,
is it possible to trigger a rule on the number of records retrieved in a workspace report control?
The concrete case is to have a report showing the other Incidents of the current Incident's Contact that is open in the Incident workspace. So that Incident by Contact report will retrieve 1 or more records. Is it possible to base a rule on the number of records retrieved? Or if we had 10 closed and > 1 open records, then show a message box saying " this customer has other open Incidents"?
I also though about a custom field on the Contact to count open incidents by a rule that would add or subtract 1 in a Contact field, but that seems not doable with rules either.
