I haven't figured out exactly when this is occurring, but often times agents are prompted to Save a ticket when they have done nothing to edit the ticket--the ticket has been opened, reviewed, and closed so there shouldn't be any edits to Save. We have 1 interface and 2 incident workspaces (used by 2 different teams) and I think it's happening when Team B which uses workspace B opens a ticket created by Team A in workspace A. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I on the right track, that it's perhaps related to the workspace used to created the ticket being different than the one used to view the ticket?
