Hello,

I was wondering if EGW_SECURE_UPDATE_ENABLED was disabled, meaning other email addresses can update the incident, are those other email addresses stored (are contacts created for them?)

Also, when we respond to the incident, does it go to all email addresses who updated the incident or just the original person who created it?
