Hi,
We have a requirement to fire an email to the newly created contact to finish setting up the password (Self-help). I believe the out of the box "Finish Account Creation" email template will be a perfect fit for this.
But, it is not firing the email.
There was an issue where there was no Service Mailbox. Now, it is fixed. I verified this using "Reset My Password" from console & portal.
But, "Finish Account Creation" is still not firing. I also tried to "Save"& "Deploy All" in the Message Templates. Still hasn't worked..
Can you please help me with this?
