Hi all,
I am new to OSvC RightNow, could someone explain to me what is the difference between Agent Desktop/Console and the Agent browser? Our upgrade site to the 18B is coming up next month and I am trying to figure out what is new in the Agent Desktop/Console, which is what our customer is currently using. I see changes to the Agent Browser, so I am not sure if they are the same.
