I have searched around and cannot seem to find anything on this topic, so I can only assume that it either doesn't exist or should mirror the functionality that the desktop application is configured for. In our desktop application, we have ACCT_ RECOVER_STATUS set to 1 (send username email/Send reset password link). When clicking on "Login Help" from the desktop app, the link works, bringing up the screen asking for a username or email. However, if you click the "Login Help" link from the web app, we hit a dead end (screenshot attached) and our users are unable to reset their passwords themselves, but have to go through us. This is an okay workaround, but slightly inconvenient. Should the browser app functionality work exactly as the desktop app does, or is there another way to configure this?
