Hi,
If SSO is enabled for a site, it is still possible to use "Internal login" for Agent Desktop, by going to the site launch page (.../php/admin/launch.php) and clicking Internal Login.
When we go to the Agent Browser URL (https://..site../AgentWeb/) we are automatically redirected to the SSO idp page.
Is it possible to skip SSO for Browser UI?
