Hi Everyone,
I would like to know if it is possible to add a pdf document in a File Menu on agent desktop.
I will not prefer to use the "standard way" to put the document on a web page and then put the link on the TBAR_LINK_LIST configuration settings.
I will prefer, if it is possible, to upload the pdf document in a "RN folder" and then execute pdf by a link in a file menu.
Is it possible? Are there other ways?
