We are wanting to integrate picklists from Siebel into Service Cloud (and possible NetSuite into Svc Cloud) using Custom Objects. However, I'm concerned because some of the picklist values in these systems of record contain special characters (/ " etc) Does anyone know if there are limitations on the types of special characters you can use within a CBO or a custom field that has a data type of "Text" ?
