Hi, I would like to know If is possible to prevent the opening of more than one contact in the agent desktop.
The customer requirements is: an agent must be search only one contact at time. If there is a contact workspace/windows already opened the system must be return an error or must not open the new contact window.
Is it possible to do? How can I fulfill this requirement?
