I have been able to export reports to Excel for years, now suddenly, I can no longer export reports to Excel. Yes I have excel installed.
I get the following error: Unable to check Excel version. Excel must be installed for excel reports.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. The local administrator has never heard of this issue. Yes, this export works on other computers. This one seems to affect only this one computer, and this one computer has exported to Excel for years until recently.
My version of OSC is as follows:
Excel is part of office.. obviously :)
..and Excel itself..
