Pull Chat :
To allow agents to pull chats from the wait queue. Chat requests are offered to agents when they click the Request Chat button on the Live Media bar. What are the request for Send Request Chat and Cancel Request Chat to Chat Server. May i know Any Direct Method call for Request Chat / Cancel Request Chat or Any Other SOAP API Call? What happened in Oracle Right Now Chat Live Media Bar?
