Hi All,
I have created workflow to create a custom object record on click on one button. Workflow will trigger process handler to create new record with some business conditions. Record is being created correctly but it is not refresh in the incident workspace. Once I close /save the incident and re-open or click the button again the else condition placed in the workflow pops up that record has been created and show the focus of the tab I have mentioned in the rule.
How can I reload the incident workspace without closing to show the record created? I have tried to execute editor command in the rule but it is not working. Manually I need to save incident or need to close and re-open the incident to reflect my changes/new record added status. Appreciate your response ASAP.
