Hi,

Is there any way to remove "New Contact" button from contact search box with out removing profile permission.

Incident workspace-> Contact field-> click magnifying glass to select a contact-> Search window will popup-> From this window agent can search existing contact and can create a new contact using "New Contact" button. Here I want to hide "New Contact" button. Please any solution, other than Add-in.
