I have created a package (Tickets) and a custom object (Notes) that contains the following fields:

1. CreatedTime
2. CreatedByAccount
3. UpdatedTime
4. UpdatedByAccount
5. Notes

I need these items available on an incident workspace, however, I’m unsure of how to build out the relationships.

If the incident is deleted, we would want the notes deleted as well, so I believe the type would be ‘aggregation’ but I honestly have no clue.

I realize that private notes are available within the rich text incident thread but we need this to be separate from those. 

Can someone direct me in how to do this?
