Hi,
For the CTI integration, do we store interaction history info? For example, when the call is answered, when the call is wrapped, what's the ANI, etc?
I checked the sample code provided by Oracle, I only see the objects created for agent state and agent ACD login.
I am assuming we have to create new objects for interaction history and use the custom Add-In to populate the data from CTI integration?
