Pulling incidents into My Inbox doesn't seem to pull in incidents created via techemail (6 Comments)

Hi,

When agents pull the incidents into their inbox, everything looks ok. However, it seems to be skipping incidents with techmail as the source. Incidents before and after these requests have been assigned successfully.

All incidents I'm looking at have the same queue which is the same one as selected in Profiles > Permissions > Service > Incident queues

Any reason why techmail incidents would be skipped?
