My objective is to hide a custom object/custom object data when a particular user is trying to create a report. What I mean is, even when a admin staff is creating a report then he should not be able to create the report for a particular custom object or if he is able to create then he should not be able to view the data.
The background story is, client has multiple departments and multiple employees belongs to each department. Now, as per client each department admin should be able to see his own data and not the other departments data. He can create as many reports as he wants but only for his own department.
Please review the screenshot attached. I have remove permissions from the Profile but still Custom Object is appearing while creating report and also data is being displayed.
Please guide if there is anything we can do to achieve this. Any level of customization is acceptable.
