I have a tab called Previous Incidents within the incident workspace. I have enabled the "Show Row Count" option for the report control in it. When I create a new incident, select a contact, I get the number of the previous incidents in the Previous Incidents title bar. For example, if the contact had 3 previous incidents, the tab title bar will say Previous Incidents (3).
The problem is, when I create a new incident from a report, the tab title does not get updated. It just says Previous Incidents (0). This is very misleading and causes duplicate incidents created. Is this a bug or am I missing something here? We are currently on Aug 10 and upgrade to Feb 12 in the new few months.
