Hi,

   I have 2 questions.

1. Can the email addresses of agents be masked when they send a response to customers from Messages tab on agent console? They do not want to show their email address

2. I am trying to use a shared mail box address as the From address but the configuration setting IFWD_UI_FROM_ADDR = 1 allows to use a default mailbox address as from address. But if there are multiple groups, I cannot use the same shared mail box address. Are there any alternatives?

I want agents to receive emails to Share mail box of their respective groups and the same address to be used as From address (if possible) or have a masked address instead of agent actual address.
